Great fish oil option if anyone is looking:

    http://www.amazon.com/Members-Mark-Enteric-Coated-Softgels/dp/B0026QR1Q2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1325688835&sr=8-1

It’s a combined 900mg of EPA/DHA per pill, so taking 2 a day gets pretty close to hitting 1 gram per 100lbs of body weight for a lot of people – which seems to be a good place to start. Additionally, it’s got an enteric coating which prevents the pill from digesting until it gets into your intestines – bypassing any potential fish burps or upset stomach.

This is Sam’s club brand [but sold on Amazon, at a markup] but is easily the best value on the internet that I could find [in terms of dollars per gram of Omega-3]. This is about 6 grams EPA/DHA per dollar. By comparison Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega is about 1.6 grams per dollar in pill form, 2.1 grams per dollar in liquid.

I’ve been on the Omega-3 train for about 6 weeks now and it has done amazing things for the tendonitis and morning stiffness in my legs. Like, amazing.

what kind of meat/fish/veggies/fruits/nuts/seeds are you buying that have food labels on them?

haha I’m talking about in general but you can use it for pretty much anything and set a calorie max per day so you know if you are going to go over or not by eating certain things

Hey Guys, Started using this app on my iphone not too long ago and it works out pretty well for everyone looking to try and keep track of everything they eat/drink as well as calories and all that. You can log your own food/drinks everyday or use whatever is stored in the library, pretty much remembers everything and anything so you can go back and refer to the past log entries. It works well with iphones but I am pretty sure you can get it for the iPod/iPad too…let me know if anyone needs help with it good luck to you all in the Paleo Challenge!
