    Push Press – 225 (failed 245 twice – shouldn’t have jumped up that much)

    Handstand walk: 100ft total, most i’ve done in one session!
    PP: 165×5, 185×4, 195×3, 205×2, 215×1, 225×1 PR!
    WOD 1: 4:03 open
    WOD 2: 9:30 open

    400m, 200m, 100m max effort. 100m time = 13.9seconds (for fun)

    I’m glad I did this one just so I know how hard it is when I watch regionals peeps crush it!
