    wod: 22:30 games… c2b broken each time. After the first 30 wall balls I knew it was not going to end well.

    1RM snatch: 215 – 10# pr…. took 2 years to finally get past 205 – hallelujah
    wod: 25:08 @ games – broke the pullups up.. that one left me feelin some type a way after

    200 is a 5lb PR
    20:10 broke the KB swings each time. Thought I could hold on for the last one but my grip gave out

    WOD: 29:43 (regular pull-ups) – hard to push that one solo
