    Berretta actually choreographed the perculator, threw in the high leg kicks specifically for Chris and Amy. Ask him to show you , he’s pretty good!

    I’m still working on my Dougie but the Percolator looks fresh! Looks like Greg will be leading the skill session of the workouts all day tomorrow.

    Once a week you post a skill move and I think you guys just make it up…until I google it and find a video.

    With that being said it looks like I’ll be doing dragon flags tomorrow…or atleast trying my damnedest..
