    235#. cleaned 245# didn’t get it jerked. need jerk work. pressing it out rather than getting under it.

    245 is a 5# PR. I recieved many much needed tips along the way. Thanks guys, please keep them coming.

    8:33 Open, I haven’t done many transitions to the back rack so wanted to keep it light.

    C&J 275 PR…squat cleaned 285 but couldn’t jerk it. Still a PR for the squat clean.

    225 – did the same thing as Quigley by jumping 20# to 245 to set PR and failed twice.

    strength: 270 5lb PR
    wod: 13:23 (first 5 back squats were at games and thats when i knew i was in trouble and went down to regional weight)

    215# C&J. 225 is my 1RM, tried to jump straight to 235#, failed twice and called it a day.
    WOD – 11:54, Open. Just squeezed it in before the cap.
