    worked out with the big dogs today. reminded me of the first day I walked into CFS.
    Hand stand walk was maybe 10′
    WOD1 – 11:27 RX w/Crowley
    WOD2 – 2:37 @ 145#

      WOD 1 – 939 with Tracy.

      WOD 2 – couldn’t feel my forearms after WOD1 so decided to hold off for a later date
