    Doing 1 rep max deadlift weekend at combine, did back squats up to 425×3

    deadlift: 600 (pr) — 35 lbs up from august ’13 (last max out attempt)

    Warmup done got some extra stretching in hamstrings really needed it
    Deadlift 275 used overhand grip today, lifted more then I thought
    Wod : 17:30. (That was a good wod)
