    Did the warm up…no clue what time but those push-ups were ridiculous.
    kept it classy for the strength at a whopping 165. Trying to slowly get shoulders back.

    Strength: 205#, failed the jerk at 215#
    WOD 1: 8+4 (I think) at regional
    WOD 2: 7
    Cash-out: hit a few back levers, front lever wasn’t happening today

    Warmup 1:30 / up to 220lbs / I’m blanking on the 2 metcons, but I’ll comment that those L-pullups were really hard while the thrusters were a breeze, and the KB swings were testing my grip like a mofo

    Strength: 215# — hit cleans easy at 225# for 2 rds but shoulders were jello and missed the jerk both times
    WOD 1: 7+9 — underhanded grip on L pull-ups — I suck at these
    WOD 2: 7+15
    Cash out: sort of got the back lever but not even close on the front lever
