    Hey Southie peeps! Seth and I are planning on having a cookout on Sunday June 26th
    sometime in the afternoon, exact time is TBD.
    But wanted to let everyone know if you’re around, we’d love to have you especially since we are in the neighborhood now!
    We’ll have plenty of food/beverages but feel free to bring whatever you like.
