There will be a formal retest on Sunday, April 7th at Noon. You don’t need to sign-up just make sure you are ready to go at Noon.

Ok Southie crew. We have a challenge for you. For the Regional competition the last 2 years we have designed shirts and worn them on the field and in the stands. It is just as important to represent as a community as it is to represent as a competitive team. The challenge we  re proposing is to come up with a slogan for this year’s t-shirt. In 2011 we had the green shirts that read “Go Hard, Go Fast, or Go Home”, in 2012 we had the orange shirts that read “Intensity with Integrity”.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100/65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.
