-keep light if form is off

Strength (15 minutes)
Low Bar Back Squat

-No more than 10lb increases – You should have starting/ending weight in mind
**After LBBS take some time to mobilize goat and set up properly**

    Strength: Only warmed up…I had to make a few phone calls before the WOD
    WOD: almost got 11 rounds of 95# power snatch

    Those death by WOD’s definitely start slow but quickly turn nasty

    Thanks Bish for telling me to get closer to the wall, wasn’t really having it on Saturday but it made a big difference today and can transition doing multiple reps much more easily.
