    WOD: 14:01- 95# (Nick put on the fat gripz on my bar = horrible!)

    this oly stuff has me way more sore then the strength cycle.. pretty excited for a rest day tomorrow.. shoulders are screaming

    Snatch grip press: 70#
    Snatch grip push press: 95#
    Front squat: 125#
    WOD: 13:33 @ 90#. (Axle + 70#). CTB were horrible…no-repped myself a bunch of times but still probably not enough.

    I think the OLY cycle is tougher on my aging body than the strength cycle – on my shoulders anyways. Snatch: 105. Basically skipped the presses. FS: 220×2. WOD: 11:58 regional w/axle.

    warm-up: done – hips were super tight today, made the skin the cats even more fun than usual

    3 position snatch: 55# this felt REALLY tough today and my technique was terrible!
    snatch grip press: 65#
    snatch grip push press: 85#
    front squat: 145#
    WOD: 14:30 with 80# on the axle so I think that comes out to about the open weight
