    snatch grip DL: 185#
    WOD: 22ish. Did the first 3 rounds RX, fourth round I failed the MUPs and did four attempts, fifth round used a red band. Scaled Ring dips to 5.

    wod: 20:41 – with a set of wall balls during the second round because I can’t follow directions
