Jack on the box

Strength
Front Squat
5-5-5-5-5

WOD
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups (HSPUs)
10 Pistols
15 Pull-ups

HSPUs can modified with abmats or pike push ups.
Assistance can be used as necessary for pistols and pull ups.

    Great work by everyone at the 6:30am session

    165# on FSx5 …failed at 185#
    3 RDs WOD: Modified HSPU, Assisted Pistols, and green band for the pull-ups…all in all a very humbling WoD…

    Does anyone aside from Amy, Chris, and I use the comments? It would be great to hear how everyone else in other classes are doing with the WODs/Skills/Strength…

    Regardless of the what class you’re in we’re all in this together…CrossFit is about community as much as it is about getting/staying healthy and being in the best shape ever.
