Friday July 5th – 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 4, 5, 6 – NO 7:00pm Class

Warm-Up
-10 overhead squats
-10 good mornings
-10 back squats
-10 muscle snatches
-10 Hand power cleans
-10 Squat snatches
-10 jerks
-complete 20 double unders between each exercise

-stretch whatever is the tightest

Speed/Power (25 min)
EMOM for 12 minutes
2 high bar box squats @ 55%1RM with band tension

WOD
200 Double Unders
then 3x through the following sequence:
1 Squat Snatch
2 Power Snatches
3 Hang Power Cleans
4 Squat Cleans
5 Jerks
Then finish with
100 Double Unders

    11:00 thunder dome with Bav, 205×12,17:05 regional and halved the dubs, swimming after.
