The Jerk – All variatons

As a reminder the skill of the week will not be in class today but will be the focus during scheduled open gym hours.  The Jerk is the most efficient way to get a weight from the shoulders to overhead.  It’s a combination of strength, speed and coordination.  Come in and learn how to think down, not up and get underneath that heavy load.  Let us help you become more efficient in receiving the weight in a strong/stable/proper landing position in either the push or split variations.  We a little technique and speed work, we can near guarantee a  PR the next time you go heavy!
