Still pretty sore from the showdown (especially forearms) so I appreciate Coach Haley making me use the 20lb medicine ball when I didn’t really feel up to the challenge today.
KB swings and wall balls are so not my wheelhouse but I was really feeling the rope climbs today. I think this was the 3rd WOD using the J technique and it just clicked. So much faster which means less forearm burn and less severe rope burn!
