    am i dating my self, or did anyone else have those little green plastic army men and set them on fire during a “battle” and you’d hear that weird drip sound and they’d contort into crazy shapes? well that was me doing GI JOE! 400m killed me. big shout out to chuck for helping me get to the end, even if i wasn’t running!

    DEDONNO up in that 9:30 coaching this morning.

    WOD: 18:41 Rx
    Felt a lot more comfortable with 95# OHS’s today than in previous WODs.
