Handstand walk is getting a little better each day.
WOD 1 : 7:34 @ 165…was debating trying 185 – 165 was definitely the right weight.
WOD 2 : 21 strict HSPU with red bands.
WOD 3 : 5+3
Lots of no wall handstand hold attempts
WOD 1 – 6:40 at 165
WOD 2 – made it thru 10 strict HSPU (couple might have been a little shallow but forced myself off bands)
