Attention all Paleo Challengers

There is a Paleo tab up the top right of the page that explains the point system and it also has a link to various Paleo recipes used by members in previous challenges.ย  There is also a CFSย  Paleo Challenge Facebook Page where you can go for some ideas and info.ย  If you have questions post them on the page, it is likely other people have the same questions.ย  Coaches are also well versed in Nutrition, the Paleo Diet and the challenge rules so please consult with your coaches if you need anything along the way.

If you need to make up a benchmark, please come to the desk during open gym to do so and we will partner you up and help you out.ย  If you missed the initial Paleo Lecture there will be another one this Friday at 6:30pm.ย  Lastly, if you haven’t set up a profile on the member site please do so.ย  It is through the members site that you will start tracking your food on Monday.ย ย  Here is a simple guide on how to set up a profile through the CFS site.ย  The access code required is 02127.

    First and foremost, congrats Marc!!!
    Power snatch: 95 x 2, PR!
    WOD: 15:00 Rx
I PR’d on the platform twice tonight. Once at 90 and again at 95. I’m convinced that the energy of the 7 pm is 95% of the reason why. The last 2 7pms I went to in the last 2 weeks Barrow and I kind of held each other accountable to getting on the platforms and making PRs happen. That is what I love. The 7pm was full of old friends, man do I miss that class!! Way to kill it 7pm!

Heard the bell ring, looked up, saw NICOLE. Love that. RANG IT myself a couple times too tonight.

    Power Snatch: 175×2 (20# PR!!!)
    WOD: 14:11 Rx
Attempting a lot of sets on the platform right till the end left me WIPED for the WOD, worth it though.

Got Edelman going in all my leagues tonight, hoping he rings the bell himself.
