We will be participating in the CrossFit for Hope Fundraising WOD on Saturday during classes. All donations will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

    WOD1: 5 Rounds + 2 Reps Rx
    WOD2: 6 Rounds + 8 Reps Rx

    Haney I feel you on the wall climbs. After my first set I spent a lot of time laying in a pool of my own sweat.
