Crusin to Regionals in Style

Muslce Ups

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-up
8 Kettlebell swings (2/1.5)

L2 (1.5/1)
L1 (1/26)

We can scale muscles up with bands or by subbing 3 pull ups and 3 ring dips for each MUUP.
HSPU’s can be scaled with bands or pike presses.

    Sweet paint job.

    I’ve got 2 extra tickets to Regionals- they’re good for the whole weekend. First two people to chime in can have them. Although I’m still not sure *what* the tickets are, I just have printouts saying I paid for the tickets- I’ll leave those at the CFS front desk this morning.
