    Joe, that looks like a great means for going to the farmers market and loading up on some grassfed beef and veggies. Attach a small portable burner and you’re good to go for a great paleo meal as well while tailgating!

    As expected, those 500m rows really burned me out. My legs were shot on the last set of box jumps.
