Celebrate 5 Years of CFS!

Reminder: We will be running a reduced class schedule today. All Levels Classes at 8, 9, 10, 11, 2 & 3. Intro Class at noon. Oly class at 1. There will be no 9:30 and 10:30am.  Due to the predicted weather, the scavenger hunt has been cancelled. We will reschedule for another Saturday in the future. 

Anniversary Party!!!

Please join us today/tonight as we celebrate five years of CrossFit Southie! CrossFit Southie is a very special place filled with amazing people that make this place great. We hope to see as many members (past or present!) tonight to help us celebrate the past five years. We hope you can join us!

Where: Wild Rover (61 Chatham Street, Boston)
When: 7pm – ??? We have the upstairs room reserved until 10pm. Come early to avoid the lines and cover and enjoy some light apps. Bring your dancing shoes!
Who: EVERYONE! We hope you can all join us to celebrate five years of CrossFit Southie
Dress: Party/cocktail attire. Bring your dancing shoes!

    Team ball busters 40:47 I know we went over cap but I wanted to get this done seeing I wasn’t allowed to do L1
    Used a ring for pistols & did pull stands – no socks no long pants

    29:56 with Lizzie. She went Rx, I did box step ups instead of pistols and k2e instead of ttb.
