Burpee Up and Over the Box

Open Gymers, please note the gym is off limits at 6pm and 63opm as well as on Thursday at 7pm.  We are going to strictly enforce this going forward.  You may use the open gym at other times as long as you work around and are respectful of any class taking place.

    WOD: Only finished 7 Rounds Rx in 19:48.

    Jason was a beast. 20 min cap wasn’t gonna cut it for me. 23:30…6 rds Rx and 4 with bands. Bloody hands, check. Bruised ego, check.
