    felt real lethargic this AM…

    split jerk x 2 – 245
    squat clean x 2 – 265
    clean & jerk – 245

    only was able to get through 2 rds of the wod as i had to run to work meeting.. need to get back at the 5:30 am crew, none of this 6:10 am business anymore

    first day back from vacation, good to be back.
    Split Jerk – 225X2
    Squat Clean – 205×2, 225×1
    Clean and Jerk – 225×1, power cleaned 235 but couldn’t get it overhead.
    WOD – 19:22, Open, subbed chins and ring dips for MUPs.
