Saturday, April 18th: Gymnastics Skills Seminar 11:30am – 1:00pm
This month’s gymnastics seminar will focus on rope climbs, ring work, and the GHD. This is a great opportunity to spend a full 90 minutes focusing on these movements. Hopefully you’ll be able to improve on what you can already do, or maybe do something for the very first time! Don’t forget to wear your long socks.

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest 3 Minutes between rounds

– score is your slowest and fastest round

Level 2- 4 Rounds 15,20,30,40
Level 1- 4 Rounds 10,25,20,25

Conditioning Class: WOD
EMOM 20
Minute 1: 12 Burpees
Minute 2: 250m/200m Row
Minute 3: 50 Double Unders
Minute 4: 250m/200m RowConditioning Class: Core
3 x 60 second isometric back extension hold
Work with a partner. Rest while partner works.
Adv: Add weight to back.

    1st unassisted pistol L1 3:25-4:18-5:05-6:44. Think Haley was secretly happy because I screwed myself on resting only 2 mins between rounds -paybacks a bitch

    Barbara: 35:35 Rx (not sure these splits add up or if I rested correctly: 4:22, 4:28, 4:20, 5:10, 4:25) – easily one of my least favorite girls.

    Overall time was 42:18 RX (down from 44:19 RX 10/17/13), Splits were something like: 4:55, 5:59, 6:04, 6:31, 6:49.
    was about 10 sit ups into the 5th round at the 40min cap.
