I’ll be opening up the box at 7:30am if anyone wants to come in for Open Gym.
Please post to comments if you will be doing a 12.4 retest tomorrow. Also, post if you expect to make it to attempt a muscle up. If there is a large number of people participating we will set up heats due to the lack of high rings.
Also, please note that “Murph” is a long, tough, ardous WOD. But much like all CrossFit WOD’s scaling is allowed. So if you are on the fence, come on by. We can cut the runs/pull-ups/push-ups/squats in half. Thank you!
