PLEASE REGISTER FOR ALL WEEKEND CLASSES EXCEPT FOR YOGA. Amy and I will be taking the Coaches Prep Course all weekend in hope of making all of you better athletes.  While we are away, Coach Alec will be at the helm.  We leave you with this:
