P1: Row 250m
P2: Hold 2 Kettlebells (1.5/1) in the rack position
Switch positions as soon as the row is completed. If you drop the kettlebells during the hold, both partners need to do 10 burpees at the end of the workout. If you drop them 10 times it is 100 burpees. Scale appropriately.
