WOD
“Badger”
3 Rounds
30 Squat cleans (95,65)
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

Level 2 (75,55) 20 pull-ups/squat cleans
Level 1 (65,35) 15 pull-ups/squat cleans

*Sub 1000m of rowing or 2400m of cycling if you do not want to run outside.
