    Worked up to 275 x 5 box squat
    Did a partner wod with dubs, ghd’s, deficit hspus and shuttle sprints with Pat P
    Then jumped in for The WOD- 19:31
    – I held on to that kb for the last 27 for Victoria

    Strength: worked up to 205 – these were sneaky tough on the hands
    WOD: 29:27 Rx – not happy with this – slept like crap last night and a longer endurance WOD wasn’t in the cards for me – I was pretty much gassed after round 2
