    Single DL: 185 – very awkward and struggled
    WOD: 9:14 DU’s are terrible… need to work on them

    Didn’t get a chance to WOD today but jumped in for some deads with the 6pm..hit a 10 lb pr @ 455. King Kong.. I’m coming for you!

    I did “Briggs” today. Well, attempted it……………
    Scaled to 3 rounds, did all cleans at 145 but scaled my front squats to 5 instead of 8
    Round 1: 5 FS @ 145
    Round 2: 3 @ 145, then had to drop to 135 for last 2
    Round 3: 5 @ 135

    Brutal.. Too ambitious. But, I cleaned 145 about 102849736x so thats an accomplishment hahaha

    Did split jerks instead of DL, up to 255, small PR.
