*Burnt Toast coached classes are scheduled for 6am, noon, 5pm and 6pm.  These classes have a dedicated coach for the entire hour and at busier times an additional floating coach will also be on to help out.  These classes will start on time, as a group, with the coach leading the class through the entire class (please do not show up late, or start early).  If you are doing the burnt toast programming at general class hours other than these dedicated hours, there will be a floating coach that works with both you and the general class but will not be dedicated solely to the toasties since there are typically only a few toasties at these times.  Please understand that the general class takes preference as these are non-scheduled burnt toast hours.  At these non-dedicated bt hours, you are expected to start the warm up on your own and stay on task during the hour.  The coach will check in during the hour, help you stay on task and give you feedback.
