Team Comp at CrossFit City Line 5/30


On May 30th CrossFit City Line is throwing their first competition. The competition will be a team competition, 4 people. 2 guys, 2 girls. Only 1 division, Rx, and standards that would and could be expected for Opens. More specifically:
Opens Standards:
Handstand Push Ups
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Wall Balls – 20# – 10′
Box Jumps 30″
In addition:
Thrusters – 135# – Multiple Reps
Ground to Overhead – 155# – Multiple Reps
Dumbbell Snatch – 70# – Multiple Reps
Opens Standards:
Handstand Push Ups
Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Wall Balls – 14# – 10′ Though!
Box Jumps 24″
In addition:
Thrusters – 95# – Multiple Reps
Ground to Overhead – 105# – Multiple Reps
Dumbbell Snatch – 45# – Multiple Reps
This is going to be a “smaller” competition with 20 teams total. Mat and CFCL is isexcited to bring a fun, balanced and timely competition to bring our boxes together to throw down, have fun and strengthen the relationships between our local boxes.

-The bar must start empty. Work on communication with switching out weights. Your score is the total of the two max lifts.

-During the OHS the partner is holding the bottom of a back squat
-Toes to Bar the partner must be hanging from the bar
-HSPU the partner must hold a static handstand hold
