Warm-up
3 rounds each alternating with a partner
5 double kb cleans
5 double kb thrusters
Then
3 rounds of 10 buddy squats and 50 meter buddy carry run

Partner WOD
1 Mile Sandbag Run (48/36)/sub 2k row if it is pouring

Then 3 Rounds
50 Kettlebell Thrusters (1.5/1)
50 GHD Sit Ups

2000m Row

You may partition run and row as necessary, only one person works at a time.

Cash out – 5 attempts at max l-sit
Grab 2 partners and rotate through, one person goes at a time. If doing alone rest 2x the length of each l-sit

    Only had a chance to get the conditioning floater WOD in today…changed it a bit cause of the rain.
    21 cals on bike, 21 cals row, then 30yd prowler push with 450lbs x 3…took about 12 min…pretty brutal on the quads

    Peeps can row in the am and some toasties should go to the ghd’s first so there isn’t to much of a hold up if there is a big class. If there is a someone buddyless sub double kettlebell goblet squats and kb farmers carry in the warmup. If toasties want to do the buddy carry inside to stay dry they complete 3 trips back and forth across southie HQ. teams of three for the wod can increase the rows to 3k and the reps to 75.
