Please keep in mind that Thursdays are rest days for burnt toasties. We program class WODs to coincide with that… so often there are wallballs, wallblimbs, and double unders which requires the class to take up most of Southie Green. We also in addition to that have the intro class at 7pm. There is no Open Gym during the 7pm class and if you come in earlier you need to ask a coach where it is safe for you to workout. If you take out equipment please put it back immediately after you are done using it. Thanks guys.
