WeightLifting
“Tin Man”
5 Rounds
5 Power Cleans
5 Bench Press

Perform at body-weight, scale up/down where necessary should be heavy/challenging but shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes.

Gymnastic
“Short, Fast & Deadly”
5 Rounds of
10 Thrusters (95/65)
10 T2B

Conditioning – Do this WOD in place of one of the daily class WODs not in addition to/Scale down where necessary
“Clovis”
Run 10 Miles
150 Burpee Pull-Ups

Partition the run and burpee pull-ups as needed.

    I still can’t run because of my foot, SO if anyone wants to join me for 20,000m on the erg, I wouldn’t be upset.

    Just looking at 20,000m makes me want to puke.

      Haley, this might be the worst idea ever…and I think I might want to try it since I’m still limited on running.

    the loop around the charles in backbay is a pretty cool run…not as bad with good scenery.

    really? i might join you guys……..I don’t think I’ve ever run 10 miles in my life
