    That pic is classic.

    Came in this morning to do some stretching/rolling and to get some light work in.

    5×3 bench press: up to 225×3, 15 back extensions btwn sets
    Made up Jackie from Monday. 7:20. Got to pull-ups at 5:10ish mark but arms/lats were totally fried from all the C2B yesterday and they took forever.
    Finished with some HSPU skill work.
