    WOD: 6:43

    Best of luck to Will with his move to NY. The 6am crew is going to miss watching him out snatch everyone in new balance running shoes.

      Haha thanks Crowley. Some oly shoes are on order, so I’m finally graduating to the big leagues and ditchin the Newbs. Bout time.

    WOD: 9:30 @games. TTB were iffy. Grip was bad, prob due to gripping the axle and being sweatier than usual b/c of heat. Needed to chalk up a bit more than I did.

    A bit surreal that it was my last workout at CF Southie. Will miss the community bigtime and huge thanks to everyone for an awesome intro to Crossfit over the past year. Safe to say I’m hooked! I’ll be sure to drop in whenever I’m in Boston.
