    18:03 Semi Rx: attempted muscle ups and made 3 out of 15! kept getting stuck on the dip part of the MU

    That was a tough WOD: 19:50 just finishing before the cut off.

    I can’t see myself being able to hold the false grip and turn out, so I’m going without it.
