Jason I envy you...

Yoga is now included in everyone’s membership. It does not count towards your class total for the week. Why?? Well because we want you all to move well and stay injury free. Kim is the most amazing yoga teacher. Her class is relaxing and realistic for CrossFitters. It is in no way cheesy or overly spiritual. Come at 10am and see for yourself. Who knows, maybe it will make you PR on some of your lifts this week. Cris O- Remember that one time you came to yoga and then PR’d by 50lbs on your deadlift the next day?? That was awesome. Just sayinnn…

I know a lot of you have sore hands from Cindy on Thursday. If you want to come to class but really need some more time before hopping on a bar, you can substitute ring dips for the pull-ups.

    Also, PR today on the push press! 165 lbs, though it did kinda turn into a jerk on the last one.

    Yes! True Story… wasn’t 50lbs.. but sure was an epic PR!
    Plus I had the whole “this is awkward and I should be sore right now.. but I’m not” thing going as well.
