Whole30 Challengers
Those retesting Jackie for the Whole30 challenge should do so today instead of the posted WOD.  Show up to class, inform your coaches and they will help you get set up.

Bring a Friend Day
This Saturday, grab a buddy and bring them to the 9:30, 10:30 or 2pm class!  Be sure to show up a little early so they can fill out a waiver.
