    31:09 at 85lbs, 10 ring dips.
    Filthy! And closest I’ve ever come to barfing after a WOD.

    32:20 @ 95 w/ red band ring dips.
    I was not built for rowing….that was the worst part for my by far.

    Sweet Jesus! I actually love rowing (don’t tell anyone) but this was an insane WOD!!

    rough workout for me. 35:29, 55#, bar muscle ups with 2 red bands. looking forward to shedding that second band. clapping pushups from knees.

    During the class turnover Kelly warned me that this was a dirty one. I didn’t know what she meant until I got down for those clapping pushups, GRIMEY. I’ve seen Tough Mudder participants come away cleaner than what I ended up like tonight.

    WOD: 33:58 (135#, bar muscle-ups)

    See Marc’s comment, same goes for me. I could get the ring muscle-ups under the perfect conditions of the skill-work time but as soon as I had a little wod fatigue going on I couldn’t get a single one. Once I wasted sufficient time I switched to unassisted bar muscle-ups.

    wod; 33:33 what a mofo, would’ve never thought the BEST part of this wod would be the clapping pushups! mups just aren’t in the cards for this fat ass right now. did rb ring dips and rx all the rest. 4pm girls were killing it!! nice work ladies

    Close but no cigars on muscle ups today … got a few kicking up off the ground. getting closer – one of these days they’re going to click. 26:27 w/ dips for the metcon.

    29:00 with dips
    MUps on their own = okay. In a workout = no dice.
    Got two first round then spent too much time trying more. Weak sauce.

    35:04 (135 lb.; MU transitions). The MU transitions slowed me down but really helped my MU progression – thanks Chuck!

    31:30 (ring dips, 135#) tough re-entry post-vacation but good to be back at it
