    WOD 1: 1 +. Knees were so tight, did the lunge and coundn’t straighten out. UGH!!
    WOD 2 3 +12 Better then the first one.

    During the break, did pull ups with the blue band. Slowly making progress

    Arik – that video is a gem. I think that creature definitely has uggs on, and also Journey’s “Faithfully” playing in the background just brings that video full circle.

    That film sounds pretty weak, lots of vegan propoganda. I doubt she discusses how there have been plenty of traditional cultures around the world that did and continue to eat lots of full fat dairy. These people are lean, healthy, and do not develop degenerative diseases. Of course these people are eating full fat raw dairy from animals grazing on good summer grass, not a “cheese type product” that is found on an Arby’s cheeseburger that has dairy pulled from sick cows and pumped full of chemicals, emulsifiers, artificial coloring, etc.

    Weston A. Price documented these traditional cultures in the 1930s in his A-mazing book “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration”.     If there were a night class I would attend but I also don’t want to be the only reason there is a night class. Worst case, I can come back to Boston earlier than planned.

    How did I know this video would surface at some point, haha! Those were some ugly burpees and I clearly can’t count…I only did 4…ugh

    Took a not so athletic tumble trying to salvage a rep during the lunges. Fortunately there was plenty of space behind me so I didn’t get crushed by a barbell. Next time I’ll be sure to dump the weight earlier and avoid the fall.

    I don’t think I’ll be able to make a WOD on Monday.

    Looks like y’all had a blast! It’s literally hot as hell here in New Orleans!!

    For the Paleo Challenge what are the points? Is it +2 for fish oil, +2 for WOD and then an additional +2 for mobility, or is it only +2 total for WOD and mobility?
