We want to wish the biggest congratulations to Leann and her husband Mike on the birth of their beautiful, healthy baby boy! Alexander Richard Melvin was born on August 3rd at 1:39AM, at 8 pounds 11 oz., 20 inches. We are so happy for the new parents and can’t wait to meet baby Alexander! Leann was such an inspiration throughout her entire pregnancy. She worked out almost every weekday morning with the 5:30AM class, up until just a week before delivering. So amazing! We are thrilled that everyone is happy and healthy, and look forward to Leann’s return!

    Workout: 15:24 24 thruster, 20 pull-up. RX but the hand rips didn’t help.

    Hooray for Leann and Mike and Alexander! I’m very excited to meet this mystery man who has been hanging out with us at 530am every day! And honestly, I’ve never seen anyone workout during pregnancy like Leann! It’s been a real inspiration to workout alongside you! Enjoy your time at home!
