Get your costumes ready, everyone… Halloween is just a week away! What better way to celebrate than working out in your best costumes? On Thursday, October 31st, we want you to show up in your Halloween best. In true CrossFit fashion, we’ll be turning this into a contest. Your coaches will nominate the top 5 costumes of the day, and then we’ll let you guys vote on a winner. The winner will receive a sweet prize pack from the CrossFit Southie store…and bragging rights of course!

Hi Everyone, WATCH YOUR ANKLES at the bottom of the rope! That will probably mean slower times to climb all the way down carefully vs. just letting go and jumping down, but it is worth it!

I did a back flip off the 10′ mark and landed in a handstand. Seriously though, jumping off that rope is bad news…
Froning broke his ankle this way. Even the fittest man on earth has to watch out for the rope!
