Get your costumes ready, everyone… Halloween is just a week away! What better way to  celebrate than working out in your best costumes? On Thursday, October 31st, we want you to show up in your Halloween best. In true CrossFit fashion, we’ll be turning this into a contest. Your coaches will nominate the top 5 costumes of the day, and then we’ll let you guys vote on a winner. The winner will receive a sweet prize pack from the CrossFit Southie store…and bragging rights of course!

Rope Climbs

12 Goblet Squats (2,1.5)
12 KettleBell Swings
2 Rope Climbs

Level 2 (1.5,1), 1 Rope Climb
Level 1 (1,.75) 4 Pull to Stand – 3 Rounds

* Please be sure to wear long socks today. Also, Oly shoes are not permitted when climbing ropes.
