    Classic picture. The only way to top that is if she were wearing a bumblebee costume and the box was a giant sunflower (too much disney on the brain).

    Happy Friday! Not as random as you would think. Double the first rep and add one to get to the second. 3×2+1=7, 7×2+1=15. Maybe I’m just a math dork but that popped out at me.

    And that’s a sweet looking box jump. Reminds me of when Trinity elevates in slow mo in the opening scene in the Matrix (except more cheerful and without all the Glocks and deaths):

    I don’t know Rachel, but that is a great pic. Looks like she has no problem opening her hips on those box jumps either, I could learn a thing or two from her 🙂
