Wed 12/28 – All Levels Classes in Southie Green only @ 5:30am, 6:30am, 9am, 11am, 12pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Strength
Feel free to hit some strength during the class warm up – suggested – back squat and/or weighted pull ups and be ready to go when class starts the WOD.

    WOD: 10 (#30 wb), 5, 9 (ghd), 32, 9, = 65

    1.) Back Squat: 340×5
    2.) Tabata: 10,7,10,30,6 (63)… really did not think things through on the bike and dips lol. Tripped up the 2nd to last set of dubs…
