Hey guys, I’ve made a last minute decision to run the Marine Corps Marathon down in Washington DC for the Mass Fallen Heroes organization. My target fundraising goal is 700$. The race is October 30th, so it’s right around the corner. I’d greatly appreciate any kind of donation.     BS – 105. Improving -1 rep max has been at 93. Oh squat still sucks 15 bar .

    Remember guys, just don’t steal other people’s weights while in the middle of lifting, it’s not safe- there’s plenty of weights to go around 😉
